Abhishekam” (अभिषेक) is a Sanskrit word that means Sacred Bath in english.
We believe Abhishekam rituals is a way to cleanse and purify the deity’s murti (statue), and also signifies the devotee’s devotion and offering to the divine.
Shirdi Sai Baba is bathed with milk, water, while performing his rituals and chants. The act of performing or witnessing an Abhishekam is believed to bring spiritual merit and blessings to all devotees who are present.
Please join us on this experience on Thursdays between 12 pm-1 pm and on Sundays from 11 am-12 pm followed by Baba’s Madhyan Aarti & Bhog Sewa
